In my old age or rather my maturing age (early 30z)….I have come to realize a few things that I can emphatically state…1..Time is a healer …2…Life is the better teacher….Forgiveness is a moment, but healing is a process…HEALING is so imperative because there is no force more destructive than a women has not ,healed from her previous hurt, damage and anger. People will hurt you, I have also come to know that, that is inevitable …and there is nothing you can do to change it ...no matter how good or bad you once were that particular person…such is life …DEAL…but love anyway …the thing with love and hurt … is that we love but we care less …after we have been hurt..We forgive but we trust less...After we have been hurt...and that is ok ….no need to apologize…but please get to a place and space where you are able to release...Release the love, anger, hatred, care, or any emotion ….I also realized that’s FORGIVENESS…we need more of it …don’t hate...don’t be bitter .don’t hold on to previous hurt and anger...it’s ok to differ with people …perception ..Don’t worry about always agreeing with other people...we are not engineered the same ….different characters and personalities ….OWN YOUR TRUTH …SPEAK IT AND BACK IT UP…in essence ..not every situation deserves your reaction ..don’t beg where you don’t benefit….sometimes we clash in the physical realm because we don’t connect in the Spirit world …THANK YOU YOUR TIME…..
